We only use high quality materials to ensure the quality of our watches.

Iconic Automatic Series:

  • 316L Stainless steel for our case: We’ve chosen this material for its purity, durability and remarkable anti-corrosive properties.
  • A ceramic bezel: Ceramic is lightweight, scratch-resistant and maintains a color that never fades. Please be advised that hard impacts can cause ceramic to chip or crack, although this is not a common occurrence.
  • Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal on the front and back of the watch.
  • High quality silicone strap

For the Iconic Automatic Series we use is a Japanese automatic movement manufactured by Miyota.

Our products are designed in The Netherlands and ethically assembled in our factory in China.

Our advise is to clean your Sognare watch regularly with a soft cloth and lukewarm soapy water. After wearing the Sognare watch in saltwater and chlorinated water, rinse it with fresh water to remove the salt or chlorine.

Please ensure that you will not leave your Sognare watch in places subject to great temperature and humidity variations, intense sunlight or near strong magnetic fields.

The colors that we have right now will never leave, that is a promise. But we will add new colors in the future and we are also developing new models. Sign up in the footer below for our newsletter to receive priority updates.

No, it is not possible to change the straps in an other color.

Every Sognare watch is individually tested after production if it functions well. Before shipment we also check the watches if it functions well and if there are no damages.

To ensure the authenticity of a Sognare Watches timepiece, it must be purchased directly from our website.

If purchasing from e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Groupon, or an unauthorised third party vendor on Amazon, there is a risk of receiving a timepiece that is counterfeit, used, or defective.
Sognare Watches does not honour any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation.

The Sognare Iconic Automatic Series is water-resistant up to 10 ATM. 10ATM can withstand showering and casual swimming (swimming at surface level). We do not recommend diving or high-impact watersports with these watches. After contact with salt or chlorine water, please rinse in tap water.

Warranty

Yes, the warranty is 24 months from the date of purchase. Go check our terms and conditions for the specific details.

Terms and Conditions

Return and Repair policy

Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), you can return or exchange them within 14 days. You should inform us within 14 days after receiving the product that you want to return it. The product should be in our possession at the latest 14 days after informing us about your wish to return it. You should enclose the original packaging, the product cannot be used/worn and should be sealed in the original plastic wrapping when returned. Once verified that the watch is in its original condition we will issue a full refund. Please note that if your watch does not meet the above criteria, we can unfortunately not refund the product and will charge 25€ to ship the watch back.

Pre-ordered items and Kickstarter items cannot be cancelled as the item will be ordered and reserved for you i.e. pre-order purchases are final.

Once we have received your complete package in good condition, your refund will be processed within 14 days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

If you believe that something is wrong with your watch, we recommend to first contact us at hello@sognarewatches.com. We will then try to figure out if there is an issue with the watch and if it is covered by warranty.

If physical inspection is needed, you can send the watch to us. In case a repair is necessary we will first get in contact with the customer about the costs of the repair. In the case that the watch does not have a defect, 35,00€ will be charged for shipping the watch back to the customer.

In case your returned your watch to us with prior notice and everything is as new there will be no restocking fee charged.

However if you did not nofity us in advance we will charge a 35€ restocking fee.

If the package you sent back to us is not in original condition we may charge a restocking fee depending on the condition. Please keep in mind that the entire package should be as received.

If you cannot find your home country in the drop down at the checkout, please contact customer service and we will try to find a solution for you.

Yes, as soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so that you can track the shipment of your new Sognare watch.

When we ship your order you'll receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which includes a Track & Trace number. This can be used to track delivery of your item(s).

Parcels will be handed over to the carrier within maximum 2 business days of placing your order during office hours (8am-5pm) Monday to Friday, not on public holidays.

NL: Orders will be delivered within 2 business days.

BE: Orders will be delivered within 2 business days.

DE: Orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days.

FR: Orders will be delivered within 5 business days.

UK: Orders will be delivered within 5-8 business days.

DK: Orders will be delivered within 5 business days.

AT: Orders will be delivered within 5 business days.

CH: Orders will be delivered within 5-9 business days.

ES: Orders will be delivered within 8 business days.

IT: Orders will be delivered within 8 business days.

Other EU countries: Orders will be delivered within 10 business days.

Outside EU: Orders will be delivered within 14 business days.

Orders

Always be sure that your email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the only reason for not receiving an order confirmation. Also check your spam filter. 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within the same day or the next working day, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Within 14 days after we received the returned item(s), we will transfer the payment corresponding to the returned item(s) back to you.

Pre-order information

Our expectation is two months after closing the pre-order action. But please note that this period can change over time. We will update you during this period of time.

Delays are never nice, so we are always doing our best to minimize them as much as possible. Unfortunately they can still happen, especially since errors can happen during production which can result in parts not passing QC. In case of a delay you can email us and we will be able to give you the latest update on your order.

Unfortunately pre-orders are non refundable. The reason for this is that the funding we receive from a pre-order campaign is required to start the production of the specific collection. As a reward for your trust in our company we always offer pre-order items at a discounted price. Pre-order items that are sold at a full retail price can be cancelled and refunded.
